From the future, an epic story from the past, set amidst great natural beauty

 About

The epic struggle of fire and water encapsulated in mythology, dance, costumes and nature. Future Cosmos Flow is a mythic origin story during a time of climate change that brings hope and inspiration.

Future Cosmos Flow features Fuchsia Lin’s couture costumes, created from sustainable materials and techniques. Featuring dynamic performances by Princess Grace Award winners: Franco Nieto, Andrea Parson and Viktor Usov, former NW Dance Project company artists.

Future Cosmos Flow is in the post-production phase. This Spring, we’ll be working with a sound designer, a visual effects artist, composer and colorist to lift the film to the next level of technical artistry. Future Cosmos Flow must be completed by the beginning of September 2024 to launch the film into the international film festival scene. Future Cosmos Flow is slated for an exclusive fashion and dance performance/film screening experience at the Portland Art Museum’s Tomorrow Theater in 2025.

 Make a Donation

We’ve been awarded two Regional Arts and Culture Council Grant Awards, and successfully raised over 100K through our crowdfunding campaign and individual donations. These funds have been used to create one-of-a-kind choreography during rehearsals, complete pre-production on handmade exquisite costumes, set design, and for completing all of our filming.

We need to raise an additional $30,000 by September 2024, to cover the expenses of post-production and film distribution. These funds will allow us to pay for an editor, sound designer, animator, special effects artist, graphic designer, colorist and film distribution company.

Please click the Donate button below and link to our fiscal sponsor, Portland Art Museum Center for Untold Tomorrow (PAM CUT), for a tax deductible donation opportunity as well as an opportunity to support outstanding artists. We can't wait to share the finished film with you in 2025!
